Warren Who Lied Getting Onto Harvard Faculty Now Condemns Celebs Lying To Get Harvard To Accept Their Kids

Share

Democratic Sen. Elizabeth Warren lied to Harvard by claiming Native American heritage, but she now has “zero” sympathy for the parents of snobby rich kids who also tried to gain an edge in the admissions process.

On Tuesday, a huge college admissions scandal was revealed with up to 50 people participating in a scheme that involved cheating and bribery, according to the Associated Press.

According to the public federal affidavit, test administrators were bribed to facilitate cheating on ACT and SAT tests, which sometimes involved providing or correcting answers.

The College Board, which administers the tests, allows students with “medically documented disabilities” to take tests at private test centers, but phony test centers are where much of the cheating took place.

Wealthy parents gave up to $75,000 to the Edge College & Career Network, also known as The Key, to make their children seem like they have learning disabilities so they could cheat at one of the company’s test centers.

Among the parents facing charges in the scandal are actresses Lori Loughlin and Felicity Huffman.

It’s a very despicable thing to cheat or lie to college admissions and these parents deserve zero sympathy, but it’s weird to hear Warren say it.

Warren told MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski that she has “zero” sympathy for the wealthy, cheating parents.

Is Warren just as bad as the cheating parents?

In case you forgot, Warren told Harvard — which is involved in the current admissions scandal — that she was a Native American when she applied for a faculty position in 1993.

Warren is either lacking self-awareness or lacking a conscience. Either way, her smug hypocrisy is hard to watch.

And Warren’s lie worked out for her. In 1993, Harvard made the decision to hire the so-called “Native American” as a law professor.

Harvard must have been unaware that Warren isn’t actually Native American. To be more precise, Warren isn’t more than 0.03 percent Native American, and the real percentage could be as low as 1/1024th Native American.

It’s important to note that the faculty members involved in hiring Warren now claim that her alleged Native American heritage didn’t impact their decision to hire her, but that doesn’t mean Warren didn’t attempt to impact their decision with her lie.

Like the cheaters that Warren has “zero” sympathy for, she was probably hoping to give herself an edge in an application for a prestigious college.

Warren is just as despicable as the snobby rich parents caught up in the admissions scandal. In fact, Warren might be worse because she is a hypocrite as well as a liar.
