A 7-month-old child was shot in the leg during an incident in Philadelphia in which a woman came up to a stroller and fired.

A Republican congressman has offered a tantalizing tidbit about the background of shooter Thomas Matthew Crooks.

Investigators have been searching for any clues into what motivated Thomas Crooks to open fire at Saturday's campaign rally.

The mood quickly turned to jubilation when those watching announced that the 45th president was on his feet. "He's walking! He's walking!"

"I didn’t accomplish a lot because I wasn’t in the right frame of mind," Woods admitted while opening up about how the ordeal affected him.
