In a business where you're often told to make as much money as you can because of the chance of injury, one NBA star is doing it differently.

"Bronny James has mastered the art of lying much like his father," one outlet sarcastically noted, along with footage of the quote.

"He's saying don't take him, if you take him, he's going to Australia," one source said regarding Bronny James' agent's demands.

The Los Angeles Lakers made history on Thursday by drafting Bronny James, son of one of the team's best players, LeBron James.

The accuser had no evidence and the media certainly tried to find whatever they could to pin this on him, shaky though it may be.

"He underwent just two individual workouts this summer with the Lakers and Suns," the New York Post noted.

"It's been a really interesting six weeks or so just in terms of being part of the engagement farming industry..."
