The ship targeted in the Houthi attack on Sunday reported sustaining damage after "an explosion in close proximity to the vessel."

The firefighters were called to the home in Sterling, Virginia, by a report of a gas smell shortly after 7:30 p.m.

One was in stable-but-critical condition at a Los Angeles hospital's burn unit and the other remained admitted for observation.

"We were walking towards the cemetery when a car suddenly stopped behind us and a waste bin containing a bomb exploded."
