Parent of 11-Year-Old Drag Dancer Gets Visit from Child Protective Services

Share

The mother of an 11-year-old “drag queen” who performed at a gay night club was visited by Child Protective Services, but CPS decided to let the mother continue the child’s exploitation.

“Desmond is Amazing” is an 11-year-old drag queen, which means the young boy dresses up in flamboyant women’s clothing for show.

The boy has been lauded as a voice for the “LGBT youth” by the establishment media.

Last year, CNBC published a disturbing video praising Desmond and his mother, but the video offers important background information on Desmond’s upbringing and shocking lifestyle.

Desmond’s mother swears that he’s not being forced or coerced, but the mother encouraged the boy’s involvement with “drag” by buying him women’s clothing and watching “Ru Paul’s Drag Race” with him during his most impressionable years.

“When Desmond was 6 years old, he got like an Elsa costume from ‘Frozen.’ After that, all he wanted to wear was dresses and skirts,” the mother said.

And while other children might have had responsible parents who regulated their children’s television time, Desmond watched drag queens on TV with his mom when he was as young as two years old.

Should CPS investigate further?

But Desmond’s story gets even sadder.

In December, The Daily Wire reported that Desmond danced at a gay nightclub, where he collected dollar bills from patrons.

“The child, Desmond Napoles, was dressed as a Gwen Stefani-lookalike — full drag make up, a blonde wig, and crop top included — as he bounced around onstage to No Doubt’s ‘Just a Girl’ and collected dollar bills from male adults viewing the number,” The Daily Wire reported.

Some patrons were disgusted and left bad reviews for the bar on Yelp, which the website later censored.

“I left after seeing a child dance on stage for money at nighttime. This was on Saturday night and I have been feeling disturbed ever since,” one patron wrote.

Not surprisingly, some concerned citizens contacted CPS, which led to an investigation.

“ACS has investigated us thoroughly. Because of the number of reports they received, our case went all the way to the Governor’s office,” Desmond’s mother wrote on the “Desmond Is Amazing” Instagram account, which she runs for him.

“In addition, we were investigated by the NYPD, the Child Advocacy Center, the Center for Missing and Exploited Children, the Department of Labor, and the District Attorney’s office. No abuse or maltreatment was found. No regulations for child performers were broken,” the mother claimed.

This is what it has come to. We have been accused of child abuse, exploitation & maltreatment to the point that we have been backed into a corner trying to defend ourselves. Recently a YouTube video was made stating that we should allow ACS (CPS) to investigate if we have nothing to hide. Which we have & we do not have anything to hide. We have been under a microscope since early December. I never thought I would have to breach my own privacy & confidentiality to provide proof that has been demanded of us out of malice . . ACS has investigated us thoroughly. Because of the number of reports they received, our case went all the way to the Governor’s office. We had announced visits & unannounced visits to our home nearly daily & at all hours & Desmond’s school. Our family was probed more intensely than any other case before. All allegations were “unfounded”. Currently, we send screenshots of anyone encouraging others or admitting to contacting ACS to ACS to keep in our file. ACS is not a weapon. So many ACS resources could have gone to families that needed help. On the plus side, ACS has been offering us many support services . . In addition, we were investigated by the NYPD, the Child Advocacy Center, the Center for Missing and Exploited Children, the Department of Labor, and the District Attorney’s office. No abuse or maltreatment was found. No regulations for child performers were broken. No illegal activity has occurred . . We endured countless posts & videos slandering our family by people who have never contacted us for the truth or watched Desmond’s videos where he has spoken for himself. We put up with lies & rumors. We daily clear social media of hateful comments & messages. Someone has been messaging Desmond’s followers to convince them of alleged abuse. We deal with hate crimes & death threats perpetuated by “concerned citizens” & have been stalked. The NYPD is assisting us. Desmond has extra security measures in place at his school. All of this because we allow Desmond to be himself & do what he loves. We are a loving and supporting family. Anyone who knows us or met us can attest to that . . ** Covered address & case numbers for privacy **

Obviously, people shouldn’t harass this family or send threatening messages. It’s clear that the proper authorities have already been notified about Desmond’s situation and we can only hope they will take proper action.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like CPS is that concerned about Desmond’s situation. Perhaps government officials are too busy hounding the parents of “trans” children for “misgendering” their children.

But let’s make this clear: under no circumstance should it be permissible for parents to dress their young boy up in women’s clothing to dance for a bunch of men at a gay night club.

This is blatant child abuse and it’s outrageous that CPS is allowing it to continue.
