MSNBC & CNN Are Losing. Tucker Carlson Outscored CNN's Whole Prime-Time Lineup -- Combined!
Fox News host Tucker Carlson completely crushed the establishment media last week, garnering more viewers than CNN’s entire prime-time lineup combined.
Last week, Carlson had 3,475,000 total viewers, which was well above 2,474,000 — the combined total viewers of CNN’s lineup, The Daily Wire reported.
Here are the ratings from Nielsen Media Research for March 25 to March 29:
- FOX News Tucker Carlson: 3,475,000 total viewers; 625,000 viewers in the 25-54 age demographic
- CNN Cooper: 810,000 total viewers; 203,000 viewers in the 25-54 age demographic
- CNN Cuomo: 875,000 total viewers; 217,000 viewers in the 25-54 age demographic
- CNN Lemon: 789,000 total viewers; 228,000 viewers in the 25-54 age demographic
The numbers don’t lie — the establishment media is losing, and they are not happy about it.
CNN chief media correspondent Brian Stelter was desperate to make up an excuse for his network’s failure by asserting “there hasn’t been much news” last week.
However, that particular week was packed with news. Attorney General William Barr had just released the summary of the FBI’s Russia investigation.
It makes sense why CNN wouldn’t want to cover the report, which destroyed the network’s “collusion” narrative, but that’s not a good excuse for the outlet’s abysmal ratings.

A better theory for CNN’s awful ratings could be the network’s lack of trustworthiness, especially after the Russian collusion conspiracy theory was proven to be a complete lie.
Carlson’s victory over the establishment media is especially impressive considering how hard they’ve tried to take him down in recent months.
Last month, far-left media outlet Media Matters published a hit piece against Carlson and dug up old “bigoted” clips of Carlson from a shock-jock radio program.
The establishment media has also railed hard against Carlson for making so-called “racist” remarks about immigration in December.

But despite the establishment media’s efforts to hurt Carlson’s livelihood, he is dominating them in the ratings, primarily because the left-wing media is out of touch.
Americans don’t want to watch liberal pundits preach their political correctness or peddle lies about the president’s “collusion” with Russia.
Millions of Americans watch Carlson because he is doing a better job representing the voice of the American people than the pretentious media hacks at CNN.
