Heartwarming Moment Woman Born Without Eyes or Nose Graduates from College
At 22 years old, proud college graduate Cassidy Hooper is reportedly inspiring people across America with her optimistic attitude and enthusiasm for life.
According to WBTV, Hooper was born without eyes or a nose, a rare congenital defect that has not stopped her from carving out a path of independence and success.
Hooper learned early on that she was a very capable young lady, and determined to live her life to the fullest.
She quickly gained independence as a high school student, telling WBTV that she regularly boarded a bus, by herself, in order to attend Governor Morehead School For The Blind in Raleigh, North Carolina.
In college, she was a busy, dedicated student, working faithfully at her weekend job, performing with the school choir, and keeping up with her academic studies.
Now, Hooper is a freshly minted graduate of Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte, North Carolina.
“I don’t need easy, I just need possible,” Hooper said, a phrase she has repeated to herself throughout life, according to the news outlet.
Like many college graduates, Hooper is still in awe that she now holds an Associate of Arts degree.
Walking across the stage to accept her diploma was like a dream come true.

“I got out there and I realized, wait a minute, this is actually happening?” Hooper later told WBTV. “Am I dreaming or am I awake?”
“It just shocked me at how fast the time went.”
Like many 22-year-old graduates, Hooper is still figuring out exactly what comes next.
She said she is still interested in radio broadcasting and now has a developing passion for worship ministry.
The sky is the limit for this girl, who is confident that she will be able to tackle whatever goals she sets.
She plans to spend the summer working at her high school in Raleigh, and will likely be a major role model to younger students wondering what might be possible for their own lives.
With a milestone accomplishment added to her resume, Hooper is excited for the future.
