Man Perfectly Nails All the Voices from 'Beauty and the Beast' with Song at Diner
Brian Esposito has taken the internet by storm with his one-man performance of “Belle” from Disney’s “Beauty and the Beast.”
He was performing at Ellen’s Stardust Diner in Times Square when one of the impressed members of the audience started filming.
The video was posted to YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram where it exploded in popularity. The VT iteration of the video has over six million views on its own.
Although Esposito has a wonderful voice, it’s his range that has the internet in a frenzy. Esposito tackled every part of the song by himself, both male and female lines.
In the video, Esposito prances around the diner, stunning customers with his engaging performance of the song.
He used menus as props as some of the more knowledgeable and outgoing customers sang along with him.
At the end of his performance, Esposito stood on a table as he delivered the final note. The restaurant went wild as he bowed — nearly everyone was on their feet and applauding.
It’s clear from the video that this isn’t the first time Esposito has showcased the song, and he confirmed as much to 1010 WINS.
He’s been singing since he was a child and his passion for performing is evident.
“I usually do it once a shift, and yes, it always gets a very good response from the audience,” Esposito said. “It took me about a week to learn it.”
Now that Esposito is a viral sensation, he’s told his new fans that he has more videos coming.
For those who can’t wait, he shared a video from Halloween when he sang “I Put a Spell on You” as Maleficent.
“I love doing voices,” Esposito told 1010 WINS. “I’ve been told I do a very good Rick impression from Rick and Morty.”
Esposito’s newfound viral fame is sure to draw more attention to Ellen’s Stardust Diner in New York. His performances are as captivating as they are impressive.
The sky’s the limit for Esposito, and we can’t wait to see what he has in store for us next.
Who knows, maybe we’ll see him on Broadway someday!
