Photographer Searching for Mystery Couple After Capturing Breathtaking Proposal Shot

Share

Getting a wedding proposal can make a woman’s heart sing. It is a memorable moment that one dreams of forever and remembers for a lifetime.

Capturing these personal moments is often difficult. There is usually no one there to snap a shot unless, of course, you are Matthew Dippel, according to KOLD.

By chance, Dippel, who is a photographer, was visiting Yosemite National Park when he saw a couple on a nearby canyon that was obviously very much in love.

Dippel saw the couple hugging at Taft Point, realized a magical moment was about to happen and started taking pictures.

“I couldn’t believe what was happening,” he told Inside Edition. “I just pointed and snapped away.”

Dippel, armed with his camera, took pictures as the man wearing a baseball cap proposed to the woman in a flowing dress.

The photo he shared online captured the very moment when the man asked the woman to marry him just as the sun was about to set.

But who was this mystery couple? Dippel is on the search to find out.

Do you know this mystery couple?

Through one of the most romantic gestures a man can make to a woman, Dippel was able to steal a moment in time that would soon send him on a desperate search to find out who they are.

Using social media as his search platform, he is looking to find the couple that stood so romantically on the ledge in Yosemite National Park in a proposal that may soon turn into a wedding.

Dippel wants to meet the couple and give them the photograph that he took capturing their magical moment together.

“I don’t know these people, but maybe we can find them!” Dippel told Inside Edition.

You never know when someone will be there to capture a beautiful moment just like this.

We hope that Dippel can find this happy couple and provide them the photo that has stolen our hearts. Good luck Dippel and congratulations to this couple, whoever you are.

UPDATE: The couple has been found!
