Children in Hospital Look Outside To See Superheroes Scaling Windows in Heartwarming Surprise

Share

Children that are relegated to a hospital wing have it tough. Keeping their spirits up is even tougher.

For the children at Levine’s Children Hospital in Charlotte, North Carolina, getting a surprise in the middle of the day helped beat the blues of the illnesses they are trying to fight.

On Tuesday morning, when the children looked out the window of their hospital room, they couldn’t believe their eyes, WCNC reported.

Not only were Spiderman, Batman and Ironman there, but the superheroes were literally scaling the building where the children were residing.

As one could imagine these patients were struck with glee and excitement to see such an unexpected sight.

The children ran to the windows to see the show before their eyes, providing a bright spot in what otherwise would be a monotonous day.

The men behind the superhero plan were none other than employees from Joffie Inc.

Joffie is a window washing company with a team of employees that have some real imagination and heart.

As the men donned their superhero costumes and started their climb up the building, they surprised each and every patient that was staying at the hospital that day.

The hospital responded to the kind act by posting on Facebook.

“Kapow! Look who dropped by to visit our little heroes at Levine Children’s Hospital. The wonderful window washers from Joffie Inc. always make our patients feel extra super,” the hospital wrote.

These caped superheroes really got in on the act by taking their masked crusader roles very seriously.

They peered in at the children through the windows and even made it a point to climb their way to the top of the building, all while making sure the windows of the hospital were sparkling clean.

The children of Levine Children’s Hospital were entertained as they got to see their favorite characters in action, which helped turn a dismal day into something spectacular.

Just for a moment, these children forgot why there were in the hospital in the first place and had the time of their lives spying on the superheroes who worked so hard to cheer them up.

Hats off to these men. You went above and beyond your call of duty and really made these children’s day.
