Kyrsten Sinema's Old Tweets Come Back To Haunt Her in Stunning Display of Hypocrisy

Share

Congresswoman Kyrsten Sinema wants Arizona to elect her for U.S Senate, yet she doesn’t have much respect for her constituents or her state.

The Democratic nominee’s old tweets reveal her total hypocrisy. For example, observe her history of looking down on her own home state:

“Dear Rest Of The World, I just want you to know, Arizona wasn’t always this crazy,” she once wrote in a tweet. “It used to be pretty great, actually. Sincerely, Kyrsten.”

She’s also referred to the Arizona Senate as the place where “crazy just won’t quit,” appearing to place the blame on members of the Republican party.

Sinema was vocally opposed to John McCain while he was alive, once using the hashtag #hellowealreadyknewthat in a tweet that called him “grumpy and a little bit crazy.”

But, in a showy display of hypocrisy, she threw all this behind her when he passed away, writing, “To honor Senator John McCain’s life of service and devotion to our country, we will step off the campaign trail and devote Wednesday and Thursday to pay our respects and give back to the state that we all love.”

She sure never showed him respect when he was alive, frequently making fun of McCain for his beliefs on illegal immigration.

Sinema has also mocked her own state for wanting less government regulation, writing,”AZ isn’t the only state telling Feds ‘you’re not the boss of me.’ Apparently, GOP has gone crazy all over the country.”

Recent videos have also shown her saying that she doesn’t want the beliefs of Arizonans to spread to the rest of the U.S.

“I say quite simply, Arizona coming to a state near you,” she said in a speech in front of a Texas pro-LGBT group. “It’s true. Because over the last several years people would watch what is happening in Arizona and be like, ‘Damn those people are crazy. Is there something about the water?’”

Do you think Sinema is disloyal to her state?

She continued to place the blame on the GOP, saying “Tea Party, Republicans, it’s all the same thing. It’s called crazy.”

She certainly has no problem with badmouthing her own state to people outside it.

I guess if you can’t vote to get her in the Senate, then she has no reason to hide how low of an opinion she has of Arizona and its people.
