Ex-Eagle Mychal Kendricks rips NFL reporter Rapoport - 'You will never have my respect'
When a player gets cut from the defending Super Bowl champions, one would think he’d have bigger worries than fighting with a reporter.
One would be wrong.
There’s a feud brewing between former Eagles linebacker Mychal Kendricks and NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport.
After helping Philadelphia win its first Super Bowl, Kendricks found himself out on the streets, as Eagles management sought salary cap space.
Rapoport, meanwhile, has a bit of a history of getting folks upset; in February, he told radio host Chad Dukes that he had to take an important call and ended their interview.
Dukes responded by unloading on his guest.
“That is the last time we have that son of a b—- on this show, I swear to God,” Dukes said, according to the New York Post. “What a piece of garbage. That’s twice he’s done that — and he sucked. And he sucked! He had absolutely no … God I hate that guy.
“And then to do that in the middle of a live interview, after you’ve already screwed me once? Go F yourself, dude. You get stuff wrong all the time, and everybody knows it.”
Now it’s Kendricks with the issue, after Rapoport reported Sunday that the linebacker was signing with the Cleveland Browns.

“You will never have my respect,” Kendricks tweeted in response to Rapoport.
So Kendricks voiced his displeasure in a pretty calm, collected manner.

We’re going to guess that Kendricks hadn’t heard what his agent, Doug Hendrickson, said earlier that day.

It’s unclear whether Kendricks has actually signed with the Browns, but many outlets reported that he has.
Kendricks may want to check in with his agent every once in a while.
Update: Kendricks officially signed with Cleveland on Tuesday.
