Watch: Damning Clips of Leftists Glorifying Violence Against Trump & His Supporters

Share

It’s been said that all Democrats needed to do to regain control of Congress in the 2018 midterm elections was to not appear as crazy as President Donald Trump and some of his wilder supporters.

And they have failed miserably.

In a recent campaign ad, the Republican National Committee highlighted how the leftist progressive base of the Democrat Party has simply become “unhinged” in the era of Trump, increasingly issuing threats of harassment and violence against the president, his family, members of his administration and his supporters more generally.

While that hard-hitting video put together by the RNC featured scenes of leftist violence along with calls for such from prominent leftist celebrities and elected officials, a similar video has compiled similar, if not more explicit, calls for violence from celebrities, elected officials and even partisan media pundits.

You can watch the prominent Democrats and media figures call for and glorify violence against Trump and his supporters right here, courtesy of OAN correspondent Jack Posobiecus:

Up first is former Democrat vice presidential nominee and Virginia Sen. Tim Kaine, who called for liberals to “fight in Congress, fight in the courts, fight in the streets …” against Trump, followed by Democrat California Rep. Maxine Waters calling for liberals to confront and harass Trump administration officials when spotted out in public.

CNN correspondent Sara Sidner was featured too, saying, “non-violence hasn’t worked and we are going to try to stop this,” which was followed by MSNBC’s Nicole Wallace asking someone how they resisted “the temptation to run up and ring (a Trump official’s) neck.”

The video then showed “comedian” Kathy Griffin holding up a bloody model of Trump’s severed head, which was followed by a snippet from rapper Eminem’s anti-Trump freestyle rap, which was in turn followed by a scene from rapper Snoop Dogg‘s video which showed him pretending to shoot a Trump-like clown in the head.

Do you think the left's rhetoric has gone too far?

Then there was Trump-hating MSNBC analyst Donnie Deutsch, who stated, “Our democracy is under siege, people need to start taking to the streets,” and called for a “revolution” against the “dictator” that is Trump.

That was followed by a clip from “Stranger Things” star David Harbour’s acceptance speech at the SAG Awards show, during which he boisterously said it was time to “punch some people in the face,” obviously in reference to Trump and those who voted for him.

And then there was CNN White House correspondent April Ryan, who angrily chastised White House press secretary Sarah Sanders for once saying “you don’t know me,” and declared ominously, “In certain quarters in this nation, that starts a physical fight.”

Finally, there was a clip from the media’s gratuitous and lavish coverage of an off-Broadway rendition of a modernized “Julius Ceaser” that featured a Trump look-alike leader being repeatedly stabbed to death by several other individuals in an assassination effort.

In truth, these 11 scenes of open and glorifying calls for violence against Trump and his supporters are but a tiny sampling of the reckless displays put forward over the past year or two by increasingly unhinged leftists.

Their unmitigated enmity toward Trump and those who elected him in 2016 — which they refuse to accept and get over — has consumed them to such a point that they no longer care for the former unwritten rules of political decorum and polite discourse with one’s ideological opponents.

They have instead plowed headlong into radicalized obstruction of Trump’s agenda and are now waging a scorched-earth campaign of intimidation and violence toward the president, his administration and his supporters.
