New, Up-Close Video Shows Smiling MAGA Kid Actually Trying To Stop Confrontation

Share

If you’ve even been paying the smallest of attention to leftists recently, you’ve undoubtedly heard about the unimaginable travesty and miscarriage of justice as a snot-nosed punk in a “Make America Great Again” hat showed the ultimate disrespect to elderly Native American activist Nathan Phillips.

Only … that wasn’t the whole story.

To the surprise of virtually nobody, the viral leftist narrative about “MAGA”-hat wearing teenagers terrorizing Phillips turned out to be a knee-jerk reaction.

As with most things that the left try to paint as unequivocally black and white, the story turned out to be much more nuanced than they’re seemingly capable of processing.

But even if the teenagers from Covington Catholic High School in Kentucky weren’t actually terrorizing Phillips, who had actually confronted them, surely that smug-looking teenager was clearly showing an utter lack of respect and taunting him … right?

Well, this is awkward. The best answer is a resounding “maybe.”

A new video has emerged of the incident in question showing that the student who is most being raked over the coals, identified by Fox News as Nick Sandmann, was less than disrespectful.

In fact, he actually tried to defuse the situation from escalating any further than it already had.

WARNING: This video contains graphic language that may offend some viewers.

Do you think Sandmann was being disrespectful?

As the video clearly shows, one of Sandmann’s peers gets into a heated argument with one of the activists.

The argument quickly devolved into a cussing match about some whom America actually belongs to (spoiler alert: its citizens). There are no real heroes in that argument.

But credit to Sandmann, who, in the midst of chaos, calmly turned to his peer and gestured for him to cut it out.

That’s a far cry from the way the leftist media had been characterizing him.

The point is that we simply don’t know enough and are doing a breathtakingly horrific disservice to all those involved by ascribing baseless characterizations (or mis-characterizations as the case may be) before the whole story is out.

Based on the evidence with context, it very much seems that the now-viral Sandmann was trying to remain defuse a volatile situation.

Now, where’s that description appearing in the establishment media, exactly?
