Literally 2 Minutes After Whining About Cuomo Being Insulted, CNN VP Insults Eric Trump for No Reason Whatsoever

Share

A CNN vice president and spokesperson mocked President Donald Trump’s two adult sons as “dumb” on Monday, literally two minutes after whining about CNN host Chris Cuomo being insulted in a viral video.

As Fox News noted, the video in question was posted to YouTube then widely circulated across Twitter by Daily Wire reporter Ryan Saavedra.

“I thought that was who you were,” the man in the video tells Cuomo.

“No, punk-a– b—–s from the right call me ‘Fredo.’ My name is Chris Cuomo. I’m an anchor on CNN,” Cuomo replied.

“‘Fredo’ was from ‘The Godfather.’ He was a weak brother and they use that as an Italian slur — are any of you Italian?” he asked. “It’s a f—ing insult to your people. It’s an insult to your f—ing people. It’s like the n-word for us. Is that a cool f—ing thing?”

The two men continued to exchange words. Cuomo appeared to physically threaten him.

WARNING: The following tweet and video contains profane language that some viewers my find disturbing. Viewer discretion is advised.

“I’ll f—ing ruin your s—,” Cuomo said. “I’ll f—ing throw you down these stairs like a f—ing punk.”

Do you think CNN is afflicted with Trump derangement syndrome?

The man said, “Please do.”

Then Cuomo replied: “So you can f—ing sue?”

“Then take a swing at me,” he said. “You wanna call me ‘Fredo,’ take a f—ing swing. … I’m f—ing right here. I’ll f—ing wreck your s—.”

Responding to the video, Donald Trump Jr. tweeted: “I assume @cnn not available for comment. Imagine their coverage of this if they were a real news organization?”

That was when CNN Worldwide Vice President and spokesman Matt Dornic chimed in to defend Cuomo and complain about the man who “verbally attacked” him.

“Chris Cuomo defended himself when he was verbally attacked with the use of an ethnic slur in an orchestrated setup,” Dornic tweeted.

His grandstanding was all well and good, but he kind of defeated the point two minutes later in his next post, when he proceeded to — you guessed it — launch an insult of his own.

“Speaking of dumb brothers,” he replied to another tweet from Trump Jr., this one in reference to Fredo, who’s largely seen in “The Godfather” series as a disappointment to his family and a pushover.

Dornic added, “cc: @EricTrump,” even though Eric Trump wasn’t even involved in the conversation.

To be completely honest, none of this has been a great look for CNN.

First, one of CNN’s star anchors went off in a truly unhinged rant. Then, one of the network’s vice presidents insulted Eric Trump for no reason whatsoever, literally two minutes after whining that Cuomo had been insulted.

At this point, most people with brains realize CNN is nothing more than a platform for anti-Donald Trump propaganda. At this rate, even the people without brains will come to this realization sooner or later.

The Western Journal has reached out to Dornic for comment but has not yet received a response. We will update this article if and when we do.
