Graham's Words Push Sarah Sanders To Light Up Every Dem on Committee

Share

Emotions have been running high during the Senate Judiciary Committee’s interactions with Brett Kavanaugh, but Thursday’s testimony brought it to a completely different level.

Sen. Lindsey Graham made headlines for his own fiery rant, and it inspired Sarah Sanders to call out the Democrats on the committee for their ugly behavior.

Sanders praised Graham for his “decency and courage,” saying it amounted to more than all the Democrats on the committee combined.

Kavanaugh’s treatment at the hands of the left has been horrendous. In tears during his opening statement, he testified to the hell his family has been put through and the harm the allegations have done to his personal life.

Democrat questions got so abrasive that Kavanaugh went off after one senator attempted to “mock” him.

One thing was made clear during the hearings — the left picked the wrong person to sling mud at.

With meticulous calendars dating back to the 1980s, Kavanaugh was easily able to provide accurate documentation of the entire timespan his accuser indicated.

Do you think Kavanaugh has been treated unfairly?

With a spotless track record and scores of women supporting his impeccable character, confirmation to the Supreme Court of the United States is now appearing within reach for Kavanaugh.

But the road hasn’t been an easy one.

The outright disrespect Kavanaugh has been given appears to be what finally set Graham’s original statement off. “If you’re looking for a fair process, you came to the wrong town at the wrong time,” Graham said of Washington, D.C.’s hyper-partisan bloodbath.

Graham also called the Democrats’ handling of the case an “unethical sham,” the worst he’s seen since he’s been in politics.

Thursday’s hearing doesn’t seem to be a win for the Democrats, with Kavanaugh’s emotional opening and cool answers stealing the show. Republicans’ strong support of the nominee shows the resolve the Democrats are up against.

With the final vote looming, it’s anyone’s guess as to what tomorrow will bring for the Senate Judiciary Committee.
