Former Chicago Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher is reportedly being sued by a woman who is the mother of one of Urlacher’s children for $125 million.

Tyna Robertson and Urlacher have a 12-year-old son together. They never married.

Robertson eventually married Ryan Karageorge in September 2016, but less than three months later, Karageorge died from a gunshot wound to the head.

Robertson told police she and Karageorge, who lived in the Chicago area, were arguing and that he grabbed a gun from her purse and shot himself. She believes it was an accident.

Immediately after Karageorge’s death, Urlacher obtained temporary custody of their son and moved the boy to Arizona, where Urlacher lives with his wife and two other children. Prior to that ruling, the two had shared custody of their son.

Robertson claims in her lawsuit that Urlacher — along with his lawyers and a reporter for the Chicago Tribune — tried to convince officials and the public that the shooting was not a suicide, but rather that Robertson murdered her husband.

In one temporary custody motion, Urlacher cited the “suspicious circumstances” surrounding Karageorge’s death in an attempt to have his son removed from Robinson’s home.

“Given that a death by gunshot occurred during an argument in Tyna’s home, and is under investigation by the police and there is likely to be media reporting and overage, the environment with Tyna is a serious endangerment to the child’s mental, moral or physical health,” Urlacher told the court in his 2017 motion for temporary custody. “If the child is required to return to Tyna’s care, it will significantly impair his emotional development.”

Karageorge’s death was later ruled a suicide, and Robertson said that ruling should have erased any concerns about her and Urlacher’s son’s well being while in her custody.

According to court documents filed in Illinois, Robertson wants $25 million in compensatory damages and $100 million in punitive damages.

Robertson is no stranger to lawsuits.

In 2003, she filed a $35 million lawsuit against “Riverdance” star Michael Flatley, claiming he sexually abused, assaulted and raped her in a Las Vegas hotel room.

Flatley eventually filed a countersuit against Robertson and won an $11 million judgment against her.

In 2008, Robertson was arrested at her Illinois home on contempt of court charges after she missed a court date and had not made a payment toward the $11 million judgment.

In 2001, Robertson accused a doctor in the Chicago suburb of Naperville of “inappropriate touching” during a medical exam. She later withdrew the allegation.
