Kellyanne Conway Targets Beto, Elizabeth Warren: 'I'm Going To Name and Shame'
Kellyanne Conway was on fire.
One of President Donald Trump’s most effective advocates was on the air Tuesday morning with a full-frontal assault on Democratic presidential candidates trying to use the weekend’s mass shootings to further their own political goals.
And being Kellyanne Conway, she wasn’t shy at all.
“I’m hopping mad this morning,” the White House counselor told Fox News’ “Fox & Friends” Tuesday.
In particular, she called out former Texas Rep. Robert “Beto” O’Rourke and Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren.
O’Rourke, a native of El Paso, where the Saturday slaughter took place, blamed the attack directly on Trump.
Warren, getting in on an opportunity along with other shameless Democrats, was using the attacks to help push fellow Democratic Sens. Doug Jones of Alabama and Tina Smith of Minnesota, Conway said.
“Beto O’Rourke, from the Vanity Affair magazine cover to the vanity project candidacy, out there screaming and cursing about President Trump, that doesn’t heal a single soul, that doesn’t help prevent another mass shooting,” Conway said.
“Elizabeth Warren yesterday was raising money for Senate candidates Doug Jones and Tina Smith. She’s raising money in an email appeal talking about mass shootings.
“This is a disgrace. And if no one else is going to talk about it, I’m going to talk about it.
“They politicized this over the weekend. They all blamed him. And I’m going to name and shame them now. Because he did not respond in kind.
“They want to be president. He is the president.”

Years of experience with the Trump campaign and then the Trump White House have surely taught Conway that no one in the mainstream media will talk about anything that doesn’t further Democratic goals.
So she was prepared, as always, to contrast Trump’s responses to crises with empty Democratic gestures.
Conway cited Trump’s moves after previous shootings, including support for “red flag laws” to restrict weapons from those who might be a danger to themselves or others, and the addition of data to the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (known as NICS). Those are goals liberals generally back and Trump supporters don’t, but the president still gets no praise from the left.
That shows just how cynical the drumbeat of Democratic criticism actually is.
“The red flag laws, he’s the guy who signed the Fix NICS Act into law in 2018. He did away with bump stocks after the Las Vegas shooting, where law enforcement says they never found a motive for that monster,” Conway said.
“And he’s denouncing white supremacy, and they’re out there denouncing him.
“America, take a look at it and don’t forget it.”
Democrats like Warren and O’Rourke, along with their relentless mainstream media cheerleaders, are going to spend the next 15 months leading up to the 2020 election doing their best to make Americans forget the high points of the Trump presidency.
Fortunately, Kellyanne Conway is around to make sure they don’t.
