Democrats Are Creating Propaganda Machine To Turn 2020 Swing States Blue
If the aftermath of the 2016 election was any indication, Democrats will stop at nothing to ensure that any candidate besides Donald Trump is sitting in the Oval Office after his current term ends.
A new plan from a massive Democratic super PAC is aiming to spread propaganda to swing states for the 2020 election in the hopes of avoiding a repeat of their 2016 defeat.
The super PAC, Priorities USA, insidiously plans to capitalize on the death of local journalism by presenting its heavily biased “news” as local media.
“Our hope is that we can help fill that hole a bit with paid media while also making it easier for the remaining local outlets to report by providing local angles on national policies with specific facts and people to tell their stories,” Priorities USA’s Josh Schwerin told Vice News.
The super PAC plans to eventually spend more than $1 million a month to further its goal.
The group is targeting swing states like Michigan, Pennsylvania, Florida, and Wisconsin, which all played a key part in Donald Trump’s victory in 2016.
These four states alone are responsible for 75 electoral college votes — over a quarter of the 270 required to win the presidency.
Although Priorities USA may be masquerading as local news, the group is very clear about its goal.
According to Priorities USA’s website, a local team “will collect and capture stories from real people and families who have felt the negative impact of living in Trump’s economy.”
This is the same economy that is constantly breaking records and inspiring some of the highest levels of job market confidence our country has ever seen.
Leave it to Democrats to find fault with that.
The super PAC is already doing work to drum up some fearmongering over Trump’s attempt to kill the Affordable Care Act, and the posts are targeted at key states.

When it comes to the 2020 election, it appears that Democrats are willing to pull out all the stops to prevent Trump’s reelection. This includes a disingenuous campaign to present a national partisan group’s work as local news.
Everyday Americans are not stupid, and it’s going to take a lot more than this to pull the wool over their eyes.
If Democrats aren’t careful, they’ll get an even worse beating in 2020.
