Rush Tells Fox Host How Trump Handles It When a Fellow Golfer Hits Bad Shots

Share

Radio talk-show host Rush Limbaugh went golfing with President Donald Trump on Good Friday and discovered that Trump is a gracious and endearing host.

Limbaugh went on Fox News’ “The Story With Martha MacCallum” Monday night to discuss 2020 Democrats, the Mueller report and his day golfing with the president.

“Everybody had a great time,” Limbaugh said of the golfing event.

“For those of you who like Donald Trump, and have never met him and would like to, I’m just going to tell you,” Limbaugh said.

“He’s everything that you would hope he would be.”

Limbaugh went on to explain how Trump is a gracious host.

Does Limbaugh's description of Trump seem accurate?

“He makes everyone the focus of attention, everybody has a great time. He’s a tremendous host, he’s funny,” Limbaugh explained.

And when a fellow golfer doesn’t perform well, Trump offers encouraging words. “He encourages you when you don’t hit the ball well. He makes everybody just have a great time.”

As Limbaugh elaborated later, golfing with Trump is laid-back and the president gives less-talented golfers second chances at hitting the ball.

“It’s just fun, Martha. It’s not like when you go out with the guys playing and there’s teams against each other. It’s a faux competition, but it’s just fun,” Limbaugh explained.

“If somebody hits a bad shot, he tells them, ‘Drop another ball, we’re out here having fun.'”

Overall, Limbaugh’s description of Trump is someone who is fun, endearing and gracious — the exact opposite of how the establishment media portrays Trump.

Democrats try their best to dehumanize Trump, but those who meet the president often have great things to say about him.

And Limbaugh’s description of Trump isn’t surprising — he is exactly as you would expect him to be, and that’s why people like Trump.

Trump is the exact opposite of the typical politician, because he is ostensibly the same in public and in private.

There are no smoke and mirrors when it comes to Trump, and that’s an attribute of an honest man.
