Avenatti Literally Sounded Like a 7-Year-Old After Losing Stormy's Case to Trump
The attention-seeking lawyer, Michael Avenatti, reacted like a sore loser and small child after his client’s court defeat against President Donald Trump.
On Monday, Trump won a round in his legal battle against Avenatti and his client, Stormy Daniels, the porn star who claims a hired thug tried to intimidate her into keeping quiet about an alleged sexual encounter with the president more than a decade ago.
This particular court fight started in April, after Daniels released a forensic sketch of what she said was the man who accosted her in a parking lot.
Trump blasted her story in a tweet, which prompted Daniels to file a defamation suit against the president.

Of course, Trump’s tweet was protected under the First Amendment, and the court recognized that in a ruling released by U.S. District Judge S. James Otero.
“The court agrees with Mr. Trump’s argument because the tweet in question constitutes ‘rhetorical hyperbole’ normally associated with politics and public discourse in the U.S.,” the ruling stated. “The First Amendment protects this type of rhetorical statement.”
There is no possible way the liberal media can spin this as a win for Daniels or Avenatti. This was a definitive win for Trump.
However, that didn’t stop Avenatti from acting like an attention-seeking child on Twitter.
“Be clear – even assuming Trump is owed attys fees from the defamation case (if he wins the appeal), they will be dwarfed by the fees he and Cohen will be required to pay in connection with the NDA case. Not even close. Yet more ‘winning’ from Trump,” the anti-Trump lawyer wrote on Twitter Monday night.

Notice the passive-aggressive use of the word “winning” in quotes. He couldn’t outright say this was a loss for Trump because it wasn’t.
Avenatti’s response is the classic case of, “well, I’ll get you next time!” It doesn’t look good from a grown man.
This pathetic display is even being attacked by other liberals.

“This isn’t a strategy, this is a spectacle,” Patti Solis Doyle, a Democratic strategist and Hillary Clinton’s 2008 campaign manager told The Hill. “And the spectacle is great for getting a lot of Twitter followers and retweets, but when push comes to shove … what’s he doing for the party?”
It’s true that Avenatti isn’t a good look for the left.
Trump’s win should be celebrated by everyone regardless of their political affiliation because it ensures the court will defend free speech no matter what political stakes are involved.
It looks bad when people like Avenatti try to attack free speech. It looks even worse when he won’t gracefully accept defeat.
Instead of taking his loss like an adult, Avenatti would rather act like a 7-year-old.
