Watch: Trump Savages Ford's Testimony. Liberals Freak over Brutal Comments.
President Donald Trump has made blunt talk a trademark throughout his life — and especially since bursting into national politics.
All throughout his 2016 campaign, bold, brash, blunt, uncensored statements flew out of his mouth. He had no patience for the politically correct, and the leftist frenzy began.
It seemed the more uncensored statements he made, the more support he gained from the people. His rallies grew in numbers and eventually he was elected as president — to the astonishment of liberals across the country.
Perhaps candidate Trump’s plain talk resonated with Americans so well because his words were what most of us were already thinking.
Now as we watch what we hope is the conclusion of the tortured confirmation process for Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, there are a few more things that maybe need to be said about what has taken place over the past couple of weeks leading up to the final vote. And perhaps they can only be said by someone like the president.
In our country where innocence is supposed to be presumed until guilt is proven, we have witnessed a bizarre twisting of that premise by the extreme left.
Allegations made by Kavenaugh accusers Christine Blasey Ford, Deborah Ramirez and Julie Swetnick have been presented as truth, despite having little to no substantive evidence to corroborate them. Yet the left claims that the women’s allegations should be believed on their words alone. In a country that respects presumed innocence until guilt is proven, well, that’s just blasphemous.
On Tuesday night, at a campaign rally in Mississippi, Trump took a stand against that blasphemy.
The Hill reported that the president openly “mocked” Ford’s testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee.
“President Trump at a rally on Tuesday night mocked testimony from Christine Blasey Ford, one of the women accusing Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct.”
I don’t know. “Mocked” may be a bit of a stretch.
Maybe “accurately described Ford’s story with a sense of skepticism that made his listeners laugh with incredulity” might be a better way way of putting it.
Because every word he said was true.
Check out the video from The Washington Post here:
Did he speak plainly? Yes. Was it unflattering to Ford? Yes. Was it untrue? Not at all.
“‘Thirty-six years ago, this happened.’ ‘How did you get home?’ ‘I don’t remember,'” Trump said, summarizing details Ford has not been able to provide for her story. “‘How’d you get there?’ ‘I don’t remember.’ ‘Where is the place?’ ‘I don’t remember.’ ‘How many years ago was it?’ ‘I don’t know.’
“‘What neighborhood was it in?’ ‘I don’t know.’ ‘Where’s the house?’ ‘I don’t know.’ ‘Upstairs, downstairs, where was it?’ ‘I don’t know, but I had one beer. That’s the only thing I remember,'” he continued in front of an applauding crowd.
Then Trump turned serious, and described the consequences these events are having in real life.
“And a man’s life is in tatters,” Trump said, referring to Kavanaugh. “A man’s life is shattered. His wife is shattered. His daughters who are beautiful, incredible young kids … (Leftists) destroy people. They want to destroy people. These are really evil people.”
And as you may expect, the left weighed in after Trump’s remarks. Never let it be said they let the truth be unchallenged.

And the criticism drew a response from Ford’s attorney.
Christine Blasey Ford's attorney blasts Pres. Trump following his comments at Mississippi rally: "Is it any wonder that she was terrified to come forward, and that other sexual assault survivors are as well?" https://t.co/8KddErnrtC pic.twitter.com/jCCPnx1ktg

At a Mississippi rally tonite Donald Trump actually *mocked* Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s poignant Senate testimony about Brett Kavanaugh’s alleged attempt to rape her. Trump could hold his tongue no longer. We have to hope Brett Kavanaugh would’ve found that display disgusting.

These were just a few of the responses from the left. Left-wing media outlets are loaded with headlines like the ones published by The Hill that state the president “mocked” Ford.
The snowflakes are melting at a considerable rate. Flooding may occur.
But I don’t believe the majority of Americans are worried or even interested in harnessing the president and his frank speech.
Hopefully, after Judge Brett Kavanaugh becomes Justice Brett Kavanaugh, the president will commence with draining the swamp and possibly eliminating politically correct speech as well.
