Taco Bell Employee Writes Heartwarming Messages in Each Take-Out Order for Customers

Share

As you order your Burrito Supreme or Nachos BellGrande from Taco Bell, you probably don’t give much thought to the person taking your order.

Sure, they make sure you get that Mexican goodness you have been craving, but what about if they cared about you, too?

Twenty-seven-year-old Kelly Stewart is one such employee, according to Syracuse.com.

She completes each Fairmount, New York, Taco Bell order with a heartfelt message that catches customers by surprise.

Heather O’Donnell was one of these customers.

“I got this message that said ‘when you reach the end of your rope tie a knot around it and hang on- Franklin D. Roosevelt,” she told Syracuse.com.

“It made me stop in my tracks and smile. Knowing someone took time out of their work or life to write this is another example that there are still good people out there.”

Stewart started working at Taco Bell in October and has been delighting her customers with these messages for over a month.

Customers have posted the notes on social media, and her act of kindness has gone viral.

“This must be a really special individual … corporate needs to know about this employee so they can show their appreciation,” one Taco Bell customer wrote on social media.

Another customer wrote about the Stephen Hawking quote she received from Stewart that made her day.

“I enjoy people,” Stewart told Syracuse.com. “I like helping them make each day better. And it’s important for me to set a good example for my 6-year-old son.”

“Sometimes life can be tough, and I like looking up quotes and writing them out for people,” she added.

Stewart is an exemplary Taco Bell employee that goes above and beyond to give her customers a little more than a taco or two.
