Watch: Young Baseball Player Completes the Greatest Steal of Home of All Time

Share

This is crazy good.

A youth baseball player from the Dominican Republic stole home in a most unusual manner.

Catcher’s blocking the plate?

No problem, just go over him.

The youngster soared through the air with his arms and legs out, like a flying squirrel, right over the catcher.

He actually jumped over home plate and had to scramble back to touch it.

The video, not surprisingly, has gone viral.

It’s reminiscent of the move that Toronto Blue Blue Jays outfielder Chris Coghlan took in 2017 to score against the St. Louis Cardinals.

Coghlan took a flying Superman leap over Cardinals catcher Yadier Molina to score.

While unusual, there have been quite a few instances in the MLB over the years where runners have jumped over catchers …

… or anyone in their way.

Now that’s doing whatever it takes.
